Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
Items must be in brand new condition: unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered.
Faulty items must be returned in the condition they were received.
Items received in the incorrect size or color are eligible for return.

Returned items must be in saleable condition with original tags and packaging.
Items must be unworn/unused to qualify for a refund.
Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for items damaged in return transit.
You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or you encounter problems with a product, please contact us immediately. We may offer a replacement, discount, or full refund depending on the situation. We may also arrange for collection of the goods or provide a free returns label.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse delivery of all or part of your order, any fees incurred by us due to refusal may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 90 days of receiving the returned goods. You will be refunded via the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.

Extended Return Window
